PROBLEM –
A beverage industry client wanted to be cutting edge and understood the power and impact of promotions and branded merchandise. What they were doing was buying bulk product at the beginning of the year in hopes that their national sales team would want to distribute the branded items to their clients and at events around the country. The issue was that people in different parts of the country found different promotional items to be of interest or not of interest. The problem was that then a lot of the merchandise just sat taking up space and did not move and money was wasted.

SOLUTION -
We built them a private webstore for their sales team and employees, where they could then purchase, through an allowance based system, products that they knew were in style and on trend. We helped the marketing team choose products to represent their brand by showing countless samples, making in person visits to go over branding and design, and providing the knowledge and experience of building a scalable solution as their business needs diversified. Employees can choose products that are decorated on demand or they can choose in stock items that ship within one business day. We have helped them save money, increase brand awareness, satisfy the varied needs of their national sales team, and provide trending products, all while consolidating multiple services.

PROBLEM

A hyper growth startup in the mobile mechanics space was having trouble distributing uniforms and marketing materials in a timely manner to their new hires throughout the country. They had trouble efficiently managing inventory and it would take weeks at a time to get uniforms and marketing materials to the new hires.

SOLUTION

We built a custom programed web store which helped with managing their employee base. We developed an onboarding system which required new hires to create a profile and place their new hire kit orders through the site. There is an approval process in place to make sure new employees purchase the correct materials in order to do their jobs. Additionally current employees can buy new uniforms and additional materials as they need to replenish using a credit card, coupon code, or corporate account. This site has expanded from the operations department, to the sales team, and their marketing team needs. Each member of the various teams is assigned visibility to the products on the site that are pertinent to his/her job role. We are providing fulfillment support which sends out uniforms in 24-48 hours to all new technicians. Reporting allows for the client to see real time inventory levels, who has received their uniform kits, and who is ordering throughout the year. Year over Year we have helped them cut down their costs by almost 45%.

PROBLEM

A large dealership group in Northern California needed to distribute uniforms and corporate apparel to their employee base of 1500 people. They also wanted to promote the company branding across their various brand dealerships to show consistency to their client base.

 

SOLUTION

We built out a custom web store that matched their corporate branding and offered employees the choice to purchase additional company branded apparel. We helped source and design each piece to meet certain brand aesthetics while staying within the brand guidelines. Additionally we were able to help them automate the process of ordering print materials such as brochures and business cards and cut the delivery time of these products from a month+ to 4 days. We have implanted a hybrid program where core products are held in stock and other items are produced on demand to help them meeting the varying tastes of their diverse employee base across many departments and roles.

We took all existing inventory and organized it to create visibility for the client and efficiently distribute their uniforms.
